Hi All,

I was just doing some housekeeping on my computer, and came across my bird
list blank, if anyone wants a copy. I offered it last year and quite a few
people started keeping their house lists on it. It's on Excel, with a column
across for each week of this year, and a row for every species, and an
automatic count of species seen for the week. Naturally you would need to
change the birds to accommodate your area, but that's easy. Just give me a
whistle if you want it.

The great benefit is that, even if you're a hotshot birder and think you
know what's in your garden, this list disciplines you to entering data every
week, and suddenly you have a clear picture of migration in your own garden,
or wherever you're monitoring.

Cheers,

Jill
