I have just found two new copies of Craig Robson's Field Guide to SE Asia in
a discount bookshop on the Gold Coast.  This is a 2000 publication and was
reduced to $9.95.  If they are in this sort of shop on the Gold Coast, they
are bound to be available at this price in similar shops throughout the
country.  I believe the Rec Retail Price is around $70.
