Hi Russ & others Nankeen Night Herons are common along the banks of the Murray here in Mildura. We have seen several roosting in willows and flying along and across the river. Adults and juveniles. We hear them constantly calling through the night. Not quite South Australia, but not far away! Regards Bob Cook |
