Freckled Duck at Werribee (Western Treatment Plant), VIC

A short note to report 35 Freckled Duck scattered across the southern end
of the last lagoon before Beach Rd (travelling south from Lake Borrie),
ie immediately before the locked gate near the boat ramp at the end of
Beach Rd (and hence visible from Beach Rd by looking over the gate for
those not having access to the Farm - scope views better than bino views,
of course).
