Last week I posted to the list regarding a boneheaded retailer--City Camera
House (3 branches in Canberra, presumably elsewhere)--who was refusing to
return a pair of binos for me for repair under warranty.
It now turns out it it was big mistake, shop assistant got it wrong and all
that and they will return them for me.
So, I guess it's safe to trade with them after all, the only hazard being
undertrained staff.
