Strange request, but my partner ( a Wires rescuer ) is looking for a possible release site for a bunch of Fairy Martins. ( 18 ) The birds came from the St Marys - Werrington - ADI area. (Western Sydney) The site where they were picked up is unsuitable now, and the remaining birds have moved on. A thoughtful house painter had scraped nests off a building. Has anyone seen Fairys flocking in a suitable area near those listed above. Or place where they are on a regular basis. A phone call to Lynda might be easiest Lynda Holmes 02 4758 8961 cheers Timothy Hyde Birding-Aus is on the Web at www.shc.melb.catholic.edu.au/home/birding/index.html To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message "unsubscribe birding-aus" (no quotes, no Subject line) to |
