Surely this is Kym Bennet's job. If there is a "growing amount of evidence"
as s/he claims, then let's have it: names, dates and citation details,
please.
Like Kym, I would regard myself as impartial on this issue, ie open to
persuasion on either side of the debate. So it's disappointing that the same
person or group of persons (all of whom appear to use a hotmail or Yahoo!
address, and by the way, shouldn't Bennet have another "t"?), has succeeded
in stirring the pot yet again with the same old collection of mud-slinging
that relies on rhetoric, analogy - with Nazi scientists no less - and
deliberately misleading statements.
If he/she/they was prepared to back up said arguments with the evidence
claimed to be all around us, then that would be a legitimate NEW
contribution to this flogged-to-death debate. Until such new information is
provided, I think it's a shame that this list continues to be degraded by
contributions of this calibre, which do nothing to advance anyone's
understanding of a vexed issue.
