On 29 December we discovered a Macaroni peguin swimming in very shallow
water at Adventure Bay, Sth Bruny Island, Tasmania. The bird was immature
and in good health. the rest of our bird-watching trip to Tasmania was very
successful with all 12 endemics being seen very well.
