Hi Everyone,

Happy New Year, I hope your weather conditions are better than the very hot, north-westerly winds and bushfire smoke that are prevailing here on the Central Coast.

Above the noise of the fireworks just after midnight here at Chittaway Bay, two Southern Boobooks were calling to each other, thus becoming my first bird for 2002.
