During our monthly survey of the Eastern Treatment Plant near Carrum SE of Melbourne on 29 December, we saw a Yellow Wagtail. This is only the third Victorian record. Unfortunately, access is extremely restricted so it can't easily be twitched. There were also 4 White-winged Black Terns.
