Hello Paul, I know nothing definite except that as "Mr" Jim Downey was delivering his Coup de grace to the committee of management of RIBO he told them how hard life had been for him recently having to sack eleven (was the number I think) employees. Someone else may know more. Quite timely to receive in the mail today BA membership renewal notice along with a request for an additional $100 donation - Any further involvement in this organization will require deep consideration. I have severe concerns about the status of Gluepot and Newhaven in the event of BA's demise are they simply assets to be disposed of despite the way the asset was acquired or are they legally established so as to survive the failure of a once fine organization ?
