Birdline Victoria Update No. 51
For the week ending 18/11/01

Congratulations to Duncan Fraser for becoming a Blue Star contributor for his regular updates from East Gippsland, particularly around Maffra, south to Stratford and north to places like Valencia Creek.  With Duncan's regular reports from the east, Chris's reports from the north, Steve's reports from the West, Michael's and Peter's reports from around Melbourne and Mike's pelagic reports we have the state covered!  But we still love to hear all reports from anywhere in Victoria.

Now that the service has been running for a year, I'll try to include some interesting (if not trivial and banal) facts from Birdline.  Today's fact:   The most popular name for contributors is Chris (Coleborn, Doughty, Lester, Timewell & Tzaros), which is 1 in 20!
