There has been another (apparently only the second) ACT record of White-headed Pigeon Columba leucomela. It has been coming daily to feed at seed provided, since Tuesday (30-10-2001) to a house in southern Canberra suburbs. I went there yesterday afternoon and fortunately the bird turned up fairly soon. It is an adult male White-headed Pigeon. I obtained about seven minutes of film of the bird, at a range of down to about 3 metres.
