Hello all,
this posting is most likely to be relevant to NSW birders or those familiar
with White-eared Monarch.
We at the Handbook have come across a reference to a courtship display of a
pair of White-eared Monarch Monarcha leucotis, at Iluka, northern NSW, in
NSW Bird Report 1975 (Aust. Birds 10(4) June 1976 edited by Alan Rogers),
credited to a D.I. Smedley. Does anyone know of this birder and if so, how
to get in touch with him/her?
We would like to include details of the display, in HANZAB, as it would
appear these are unpublished.
Cheerio.
