Greetings, Last week myself and Graeme O'Conner saw a red/orange legged Ruff on Ash Island. It was also seen later in the week by Keith Laverick who has seen the bird overseas and is positive he saw a Ruff. So far none of us have seen the yellow legs! Until today. Keith saw the Lesser Yellow legs this afternoon 15.9.01 and said it is definately NOT the same bird he said was a Ruff three days ago. So therefore, there has been and still could be a Ruff and a Lesser Yellow Legs on Ash Island, Newcastle. Regards Richard Baxter Newcastle
