By the number of dead baby birds lying around the streets
on the Central Coast and the almost continual cackling sounds,
I'd say we'll have plenty of young Channel-bills this spring.
Is this really something to look forward to?

Cheers,
Peter
Spring has sprung here in the Blue Mountains.
The Channel-bills are back!  They were heard at Woodford
on the 10th and this morning at Hazelbrook they are really
stirring up the currawongs. I hope for a baby cuckoo in the garden this spring!
