G'day all (except that *& Tim Dolby)

I was browsing in a Queenscliff (south of Melbourne, Victoria) second-hand
bookshop on Saturday and they had a copy of Hanzab vol 4 - the one with all the
parrots, cockatoos, cuckoos, owls, frogmouths, nightjars, swifts, kingfishers,
bee-eater and dollarbird. It looked brand new. The chap said it might have
been a slightly damaged returned copy. He was vague about the price but
suggested half retail ($375 at the Birding Shop).

The shop was Barwon Booksellers, 81 Hesse Street, 035 258 4522. My
brother-in-law doesn't own it. i just thought someone on the list might fancy
the book.

They also had a half price, as new, copy of the new MacKinnon Field Guide to
the Birds of China which I think I'm getting for my birthday! I dropped enough
hints....

Cheers

Steve
