By coincidence, I am posting an RFI similar to Reg Oakley's.

I visited Stuart's Point just south of Macksville NSW yesterday to search
for Mangrove Honeyeaters which are reputed to be there, but with total lack
of success. I have a UK birder visiting in September who has this species on
his limited wish list, but I am not planning to go up to Queensland for it..

Can anyone provide me with detailed info on where to look for this species
at Stuart's Point or of any other good sites from there up to, say, Ballina.

Thanks in advance.

Roger McGovern
