Having moved up to SE Qld a few months I've been
really keen to start bird banding again but haven't been able to come across
many active projects, does anybody know of anybody else banding out there in
this area?
I am also interested in starting up a project that
would involve a weekend a month banding at a site near Brisbane in a similar
manner to the Rushworth project in Victoria. I would be interested in
hearing from any persons in the SE Qld area interested in becoming
involved. This is still very much in the planning stage and will need the
support of others if it is to succeed.
