Spangled Drongo in Victoria

Stuart, Birding-ausers 

I too was listening to the 3LO program. The Spangled Drongo was reported from Koomba Park, which is in my Melway page 63 C7 Wantirna, in the Dandenong Creek parklands. I only wish I could come down and see it.
