Good eye,
Excuse me if I can't see the "Woodswallows for the Tree Sparrows" - or the "Forest Kingfishers for the Treecreepers", but in the interests of facilitating compilation of Home Bird lists, regional lists etc, is there a promulgated or down-loadable XL spreadsheet template which lists all known Australian Species?
> Ideally there would be one with columns already filled-in at least for Scientific Names and Abundance Codes as well as latest official common name.
Is this available in any softcopy (plain text even) form, say from the BOCA garden bird survey?
The standardisation would of course greatly facilitate longterm trend analysis for population densities (at least in built-up areas).

Regards
