I also had the pleasure of a flock of 9 gang gangs on a work project in Wheelers Hill (Saturday morning 8.00am) until they were chased away/dispersed by a little raven . As also noted by Michael, only one mature male which I was surprised by . Gang gangs were also heard at dusk over two evenings on another project in Diamond Creek ,along with the distinctive calls of long billed corellas cheers Ian Clark Birding-Aus is on the Web at www.shc.melb.catholic.edu.au/home/birding/index.html To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message "unsubscribe birding-aus" (no quotes, no Subject line) to |
