Dear all, I had an extremely good view of Painted Button-Quail at Anakie Gorge picnic ground in Brisbane Range national park south-west of Melbourne yesterday morning. 4 birds were busy feeding around parking lot over one hour. They didin't seem to concern too much about me as long as I was staying in my car and once they came within 2meters from my car.
