Hi listers
I can't get to Sean's performance, but I did enjoy reading Bill Oddie's entertaining book about birdwatching and birdwatchers.  It's been around for a while (since 1980 actually) but younger birdos may not be aware ot it.  Bill Oddie's Little Black Bird Book published by Eyre Methuen, London in 1980.
Cheers
Lorraine

Just a reminder to anyone in the Melbourne area at a loose end tonight (Sunday) that there is a benefit performance of "Confessions of a Birdwatcher" at Trades Hall at 7 o'clock. All proceeds from tonight's performance will be going to Birds Australia's Endangered Species Campaign. So why not come along, have a good laugh and support the preservation of some of our rarest birds at the same time. Hope to see some of you there, Sean Dooley
