I fed the English version in Altavista's Babelfish translator and got:
Lügen, Blasphemy und Tierzählen
elingo.com gave a slightly different translation:
Lügen, Blasphemie und Tier Zählen
Obviously both have a bit of trouble with Maneid/blasphemy. (Babelfish
translated "Maneid" as "one oath", which makes sense after the discussion
about "Zirkeln".)
I believe the usual substitute for an umlaut is to append an 'e' to
the vowel e.g. 'Lügen' becomes 'Luegen'.
