This is a plea for good quality recordings of the following australian species. BOCA is in the throes of developing a CD format of the Field Guide to Australian Birdsong. Unfortunately some recordings are not suitable for transfer to CD. I have had some new calls but need Cattle Egret,Little Black Cormorant, Black-faced Cormorant and Pied Heron. Amongst the raptors Brown Goshawk Grey & Black Falcon also need updates. David Stewart, Nature Sound suggested this request. Urgent replies to me but direct to after 3 March as I'll be away. The question of copyright would be a direct BOCA/donor responsibility. Full acknowledgment is guaranteed.
