Mick I have been waiting to see if you have had any response but failed to notice any. My info is old (1970s) and I am too busy at the moment to check on any changes of names since then but here goes..... 1) a) is White-rumped 2) a) Glossy Swiftlet 2 b) & c) I can't help The Kingfisher would be White-collared Kingfisher (halcyon chloris). Cuckoo-shrike - Melanesian Graybird (coracina caledonica) Woodswallow - White-breasted Woodswallow Honeyeater - Cardinal Honeyeater (Myzomela cardinalis) White-eye - Yellow White-eye (zosterops flavifrons) if yellow underparts or Gray-backed White-eye (zosterops lateralis) otherwise. Hope this helps.
