Those going to Woollamanatta should keep their eyes open for Black
Falcon, which can sometimes be seen here. I'm not sure what time of
year they are here. This is also the site of the famous Wollamanatta
Regatta, held annually as a fund raiser for Barwon Rowing Club. It's
a great day out for non-rowers through to elite, and there are always
a few birds around if the rowing gets dull. I'll try to find out
when the next one is (should be soon I think) and pass on the details
to anyone who is interested. Woollamanatta is near Geelong, Vic, so
within easy reach of Melburnians. I probably should save any more
comments for rec.sport.rowing ....
