G'day All, With all the wet-weather around these parts at the moment, just thought I'd better let you know that there was a Black-necked Stork around the Winn Rd area near Lake Samsonvale this afternoon, the first that I've observed in this area for about a decade. Lots of Egrets and a couple of Wedge-tailed Eagles before the rain resumed! Expecting some interesting sightings, Tom Samsonvale, Qld Birding-Aus is on the Web at www.shc.melb.catholic.edu.au/home/birding/index.html To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message "unsubscribe birding-aus" (no quotes, no Subject line) to |
