Further to yesterday's news about the abundance of rose-crowned fruit doves this season, I wish to add that I saw 4 birds this morning, so they haven't all departed from my property at Maleny yet. The small group of RCFDs were in another cockspur thorn vine presumably still fruiting. Fran Guard Maleny is 26degrees 44 minutes South 152 " 57 " East.
