Hi all, had a look around the Botany forshores Friday just to see if there are any waders in Sydney as no one seem to report them on this list. 52 P/G/ Plovers, 30 C/S/Pipers, 25 R/N/Stints,50 Barr/tails, 40, G/T/Tattlers, 1Terek S/P, 1 Common/SP a few Eastern curlews,5 Pied/oyster/catchers. No Red-capped Plovers or Knots was dissapointing but all waders were gladly accepted by these wader starved eyes. The King Quail is still at Ptt Town Lagoon. keith Birding-Aus is on the Web at www.shc.melb.catholic.edu.au/home/birding/index.html To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message "unsubscribe birding-aus" (no quotes, no Subject line) to |
