Following are highlights from Birdline Victoria over the past week:

25 November - Painted Snipe at the Eastern Treatment Plant in Carrum, entry is restricted, however access may be arranged on Wednesday, 29th November, contact Mike Carter on 9787 7136 for details
20 November - Black Kite, 25 km south of Bendigo, thanks Bob Cook
20 November - Twenty-eight Parrot next to the West Footscray Library, probable escapee, thanks Michelle Judson
