RFI-Chiltern NP

Can anyone provide specific information about access to Chiltern NP in
northern Victoria?  What is the best map to use?  What are the best
tracks?  What are the main birds to look out for (in January)?  I'll be
spending a few days in and around Albury and them travelling down
through the Victorian Alps to Rotamah (or vice versa).  Any ideas re
places to stop in between?
