Hi,
the Spotted Whistling-ducks (recent addition from New Guinea to the Australian Bird List; so far records only from Weipa, west coast of Cape York) have finally made it to the east coast of Cape York. 6+ were seen on the 27.10. on a lagoon near Iron Range.
        Happy Birding,
                        Klaus
