Tonight at a CSIRO barbecue in Atherton I was told by Stephen Garnett that Greg Czechura of the QM saw an ORIENTAL HOBBY "about a week ago, one evening and the next morning, in Lakefield NP". He was uncertain of the location, "a lake named E.......". I suggested Lake Emma and he agreed that this was the most likely. Unfortunately access to the area is currently restricted, for the purpose of aerial shooting for feral pigs. Greg is probably attending a BA camp this weekend at Bulleringa NP, and I will be in a remote part of the Richmond district for a few days. I will post an update ASAP.
