G'day all

Travelling from Albury to Melbourne on Wednesday (25th Oct) I saw a Black Kite
soaring over the Hume Freeway 12km north of Wangaratta.  In Victoria, I've only
ever seen them in the far north-west (Ouyen-Mildura).
