Further to my previous email on this topic, today I saw Yellow-faced Honeyeaters for the first time this season. Also a Grey Fantail, a Golden Whistler, and a White-eared Honeyeater were all collecting nesting materials. Shining Bronze-cuckoos are calling in several places and I've heard one or two Olive-backed Orioles. Tree Martins are flying around above some very big old Mountain Ash trees. So far I have only seen one Rose Robin this spring, but I haven't gone out of my way to look. Happy birding, Merrilyn.
