About 50 Fairy Martins are nesting in a culvert under the Cullen
Bullen-Portland road just west of Cullen Bullen which is about 25km north of
Lithgow.
A male House Sparrow is trying to evict Fairy Martins from one of their
half-completed nests under our eaves in Mulgoa Valley, possibly killing one
found dead under the nests.Once completed, the orifice into the nest will be
too small to admit sparrows.
