Spring in feral-infested Melbourne

Spring is well under way here in Melbourne.  As I sit at my PC here in
the NW suburbs, I can see the following nesting activity taking place:

   * Common Blackbird - gathering nest material
   * Song Thrush - feeding young in a nest
   * Spotted Turtle-Dove - nest building (until I get out there later on
     ....)
   * Little Wattlebird - nest building

1 out of 4 is pretty poor ......
