I know of a couple of more recent lists.
Barry & Vernon 1977 The Birds of Fraser Island with comments on the
Cooloola Peninsula, Stradbroke, Moreton and Bribie Islands.

Durbidge & Covacevich 1981 North Stradbroke Island. Amity Point:
Stradbroke Island Management Organisation.
