Yes Peter, the SAOA had it's August outing to Brookfield CP this Sunday and
all three Cuckoos - Pallid, Black-eared and Horsfields Bronze, were all
found several times following hearing them calling. All three were found to
be on the ground in some cases.
Horsfields have been very common at Tolderol this winter too, often on or
near the ground on the levee banks.
