Hello all, what can you tell me about Black Swans forming creches of young. I recently saw one pair on the Latrobe River with 13 young which I thought was a little bit large, and tonight I received a call from someone who saw a pair with 21 young in tow. This was near the Sale Common where there are thousands of Swans at the moment, but this lot were away on their own. Cheers, Duncan Fraser.
