Further to Tony's sightings, for anyone interested, in June, we saw Painted Finches: a) in Ormiston Pound, West McDonnell Ranges, in a creek bed as you head down towards the start of the Gorge, and b) in N'dhala Gorge, East McDonnell Ranges, out from Ross River Homestead, at a small pool. We also saw Dusky Grasswrens at both these spots and on the Kings Canyon rim walk.
