Further to Tony's sightings, for anyone interested, in June, we saw Painted
Finches:

a) in Ormiston Pound, West McDonnell Ranges, in a creek bed as you head
down towards the start of the Gorge, and
b) in N'dhala Gorge, East McDonnell Ranges, out from Ross River Homestead,
at a small pool.

We also saw Dusky Grasswrens at both these spots and on the Kings Canyon rim
walk.

Regards, Bob Cook
