G'day All,
Just received an interesting offer from a major housing-development
north of Brisbane, keen to increase their 'green-credentials'
"....Also, after discussions with our project director, he has agreed to
construct a hide (to your specifications) in a suitable location
adjacent the lake (western end), with interpretive signage, for use by
youself and any other interested birdwatchers."
At this moment in time they have a fairly small but attractive lake
which has little else but a few Australasian Grebe, but I can definitely
see some potential to increase public awareness......does anyone have
any ideas, plans, who to involve etc?
Look forward to some feedback,
Tom Tarrant
