Hi Everyone,
Have been following the discussion about footedness in birds.  I am a WIRES foster-carer and have looked after a number of parrots and cockatoos.  I would agree that gang-gangs, sulphur-cresteds and yellow-tailed blacks are left-footed.  I have had right-footed crimson rosellas and galahs that didn't seem to mind which foot they used.  At the moment I have a right-footed Major Mitchell.
I am now becoming confused, but will keep watching.
