In response to my RFI, Michael Atzeni forwarded data about glyphosate, the active ingredient in Roundup.  I have selected some to present here.
Brahman-cross heifers were killed when given 790 and 1000 mg/kg for seven consecutive days.
Various trials on fishes at dosages about 6-10 mg/L were moderately toxic, whereas some others at higher doses were only slightly toxic.
An Oral LD50 trial for goats was considered slightly toxic at 4860 mg/kg.
Tissue residue analyses indicated a lack of bioaccumulation.
