Hello Birding-Ausers,

Thanks to everyone who responded to my test message.
My faith in the system has been somewhat restored in spite of the fact that one of the e-mails received contained a virus.
(I don't believe it was a malicious act.)
My virus checker appears to have trapped the virus before it did any damage, thankfully.

This is the second time this year this has happened with messages received from Birding-Ausers; the same virus was involved: WScriptKakWorm!

Neither message appeared to have attachments.

My advice to everyone is to install a virus checker and use it regularly to check their system.
Please think of the people you are sending e-mails to!
