Owls

A bit late coming into the thread, but for those wanting a great read about Australian owls and their behaviour, I recommend David Fleay' classic "Nightwatchmen of Bush and Plain" (such a great title!), first published in 1968 by Jacaranda Press. I picked up my copy in a quaint second-hand basement bookstore in Nambour.

        I can't recall whether it instances any acts of aggression on humans. Never mind, it's a great read for owl-fanciers.
