Gee, that Toowoomba mob are a friendly bunch! I put out a RFI last night for Swift Parrots, and one response says, "Come up and stay the night with me, and I'll take you there in the morning". Another says, "Come up a bit earlier and I'll try to take you out there this arvo." James and I are just packing our toothbrushes (for health) and a bottle of red (for warmth), and about to leave. This will explain to other helpful people, who might respond, why we may not acknowledge their message. Thanks all, Jill Jill Dening Sunshine Coast, Qld 26º 51' 152º 56' Birding-Aus is on the Web at www.shc.melb.catholic.edu.au/home/birding/index.html To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message "unsubscribe birding-aus" (no quotes, no Subject line) to |
