Denise Moore writes: Queenscliff,Victoria was invaded by YTBCs during weekend,3rd & 4th June. Early in afternoon of 3rd, a large fly past, 30 +, whilst simultaneously observing 50+ feeding in a pine tree. It was a feeding frenzy and after 15 minutes or so the group took off in same direction as the fly past(SE) Yesterday, whilst lunching, a group, 50+ flew past my dining room window(SW) The noise was deafning, but a thrilling sight.
